Originally from Raleigh, NC, I came to Wilmington for the summer in 1994 and never left!
I entered the real estate industry soon after moving to Wilmington. Having spent time early in my career in New Home Sales, I eventually transitioned into Long Term Property Management, which ranged from the marine industry and boat slips to residential homes. Now back on the New Homes side of the business, I believe the most important part of real estate is building relationships and developing trust! I take the time to get to know my clients and to discover and fully understand their needs. The trust they develop in me will put them at ease during all their real estate transactions. I am excited to be part of the Keith Beatty Team and the new community of Rachel’s Place.
When I’m not onsite at Rachel’s Place, I enjoy all Wilmington has to offer! I am a beach girl at heart and love spending time in the sun and on the boat fishing, swimming and floating!
