The Keith Beatty Team is proud to announce their induction into the Intracoastal Realty Corporation’s $100+ Million Club.
The $100+ Million Club is a prestigious group of agents within the IRC who have sold more than $1,000,000 in real estate. As it stands now, there are 22 agents who have amassed well over $5 billion in sales since the creation of the club.
The Keith Beatty Team in particular earned a total $62.8 million during its 2013 production year, which puts the team’s career sales at $761 million. This achievement is mainly due to completing a lifetime total of over 3,100 buyer and seller transactions.
“It is an honor to reach the career production volumes that only a very small handful of Realtors have achieved. I think it shows that we have done the right things, the right way over the past 20 years,” Beatty said.
The team was recognized for its accomplishments during a ceremony that was held at the end of the holiday season.
“As the team leader most of the recognition does come towards me from the general public. However my team members get a lot of individual letters of recognition from their clients. Additionally our team and all our team members are well known both collectively and individually within our local real estate community,” Beatty said.
