2020 is already shaping up to be another BIG YEAR for The Keith Beatty Team! The demand for good inventory in our area continues to be very strong while buyers are anxious to take advantage of the historically low interest rates! Wilmington, NC will always be a destination market, but now it is really taking off as an economic hub in the Southeast! One of the most prominent examples is the growth in Downtown Wilmington such as the new Convention Center, Riverfront Park, Wilson Center and of course, River Place! With 82 of the 92 luxury condominiums under contract in River Place, retail tenants are beginning to execute their plans for the Spring Opening such as Mellow Mushroom, Axis Fitness and a fine dining option by Ash Aziz!
Also slated for The Keith Beatty Team this spring is the **NEW** Pacific Place, a 42 home community by Blanton Building Company off of Greenville Loop Road in Wilmington, NC. This community will feature brick single-family homes starting in the upper $400k price range.
