Porters Neck Plantation: “Wilmington’s Address for Gracious Living”

Travel a few miles north of downtown Wilmington and you’ll reach the community of Porters Neck Plantation, a private community spanning nearly 900 acres and offering beautiful homes, a Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course and other community amenities. As the name suggests, the area was previously a working plantation, but the beautiful coastal landscape and rolling green vistas attracted residential development to the area and since then Porters Neck Plantation has become one of Wilmington’s most popular spots. The area is cherished by golfers as there are more than a dozen courses within a short drive. If you’re looking for a private coastal community with a vibrant lifestyle, you’ll want to check out Porters Neck Plantation.
