One glance on the inside of Landfall might reveal a multitude of colored shrubs, pastoral landscapes against the backdrop of forests, and the stunning view of a few ships sailing on the pristine, blue lakes and rivers.

On the 2,200-acre property of Landfall, one might encounter the serenity and beauty granted by the many conservation locations which are interspersed among various living quarters. Nature is right on the front step, whether it be through the garden areas or various bodies of water.

Bellamy Mansion and Gardens as well as Airlie Gardens are two of Landfall’s most notable gardens. Landfall also contains two major bodies of water which surround it, Howe Creek and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. One might choose to bike along or cruise on the Waterway!

If this is not enough, many other attractions lie right next to Landfall! Wilmington contains one of the state’s largest historic districts – 230 blocks long. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife and more can all be found in downtown Wilmington.

The Wrightsville Beach is only five minutes away! The beach provides ample entertainment for surfers, beach-goers, sunbathers, etc. The Wilmington International Airport is fifteen minutes away! Entertainment oozes from all around Landfall!

Facilities

Moreover, Landfall contains an exceptional country club offering facilities for golf, tennis, general fitness, and swimming. There are two golf courses at the Country Club of Landfall, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye. Each has 27 and 18 holes, respectively, allowing for a substantial golf experience.

What about tennis? There are multiple multi-surface, grass, Har-Tru, and hard surface courts offered at the country club for the sport. Also, professional staff are employed to teach the more intricate parts of the game. Supplies are readily available as well. Next, the fitness and swimming facilities are comprehensive and exemplary, the necessary equipment is provided and abundant.
